What You'll Do
Provide remote and onsite technical support for business clients
Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware issues
Respond to service requests and resolve technical problems efficiently
Document work performed and maintain accurate ticket notes
Assist with workstation deployments, upgrades, and migrations
Collaborate with senior engineers on projects and escalations
Deliver exceptional customer service while solving technical challenges
