Infrastructure Support II
Location: Onsite
Compensation: $31-$33/hr + benefits
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Support II professional to support and maintain critical IT infrastructure in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role is focused on infrastructure monitoring and operational support, ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of technology systems. Candidates should have hands-on infrastructure support experience and be comfortable working collaboratively across teams to resolve issues and support ongoing operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor, manage, report on, and triage changes to IT infrastructure within established processes.
• Support day-to-day infrastructure operations and help maintain system stability and availability.
• Participate in event, incident, and change management activities.
• Analyze infrastructure issues and assist with troubleshooting and resolution efforts.
• Support routine infrastructure improvements and operational enhancements.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to address operational needs.
• Document findings, report operational metrics, and communicate status updates clearly.
• Contribute to the delivery and support of infrastructure technologies serving multiple business functions.
• Participate in on-call coverage and 24x7 operational rotations as needed.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring, management, reporting, collaboration, and change triage processes.
• Experience supporting infrastructure and application environments.
• Hands-on experience with event management, incident management, and change management processes.
