Job description

The Administrative Support Assistant will perform various office duties and provide support to customers through collaboration with internal operations and business administration to ensure a rock-solid and positive customer experience. The ideal candidate for this position is someone energetic, enthusiastic, detail oriented, and self-driven.


The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, self-motivated, possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills and able to multi-task.


Functions:

- Process quotes, generate invoices and create advanced Excel service reports

- Compile, sort and analyze data to create advanced Excel spreadsheets

- Interact with vendors and customers via phone and e-mail

- Generate advanced daily/weekly Excel reports

- Data entry

- Copy, file and organize

- Other administrative tasks as necessary


Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Highly advanced with Microsoft Excel & data analysis required (macros/ logic functions/formulas). No training provided.

- High degree of accuracy with data entry

- Attentive to detail

- Experience using CRM a plus

- Able to multi-task

- Strong organizational skills

- Positive and a team work attitude

- Committed to quality and customer service
