Job description

About Coinflow
Coinflow is the next-generation payment service provider revolutionizing global financial infrastructure with stablecoins, AI-driven fraud prevention, and instant settlement. Coinflow enables businesses to grow faster with instant settlement, fraud & chargeback indemnity, global pay-ins, multi-currency FX, and unified payouts. Founded in 2023, the company serves marketplaces, fintechs, remittance providers, gaming platforms, and ecommerce merchants worldwide.
Since our seed round in 2024, we've achieved 23x revenue growth and scaled to multi-billion-dollar annual transaction volume. In response to this growth, Coinflow announced a $25M Series A in October 2025-led by Pantera Capital, CMT Digital, Coinbase Ventures, Jump Crypto, and Reciprocal Ventures-accelerating our mission to power the world's fastest-moving businesses with innovative, reliable global payments.
Coinflow is proudly headquartered in Chicago, IL. Learn more at coinflow.cash.
About the Role
As a RevOps Analyst at Coinflow, you'll own the end-to-end deal lifecycle for our most strategic merchants, working directly with high-priority clients and Coinflow's C-suite. You'll be the driving force behind getting merchants live - guiding them from first conversation through successful launch, managing referral partner relationships along the way, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Just as importantly, you'll help build the systems and processes that let us scale, turning ad-hoc workflows into repeatable playbooks. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role for someone who thrives on bringing structure to ambiguity and wants a seat close to the action at a fast-growing payments company.
The ideal candidate is someone who has spent 1-2 years in a Sales or SDR role and is looking to transition into a more operational, process-oriented position. They enjoy improving workflows, staying organized, and supporting the sales organization behind the scenes.
What You'll Do
  • Manage the end-to-end deal lifecycle for strategic merchants, partnering closely with high-priority clients and Coinflow leadership.
  • Own merchant onboarding for referral partnerships - managing those relationships, guiding merchants through a successful go-live, and serving as a go-to resource for referral partners' ad-hoc requests.
  • Collaborate with our Head of Partnerships to operationalize new partners and merchant onboarding - translating high-level partnership agreements into concrete onboarding workflows, standing up the processes and documentation each new partner needs, and ensuring a smooth handoff from deal signed to merchants live.
  • Drive continuous process improvements and CRM enhancements to create better onboarding experiences for customers and more efficient internal workflows. Maintain CRM integrity and ensure data stays accurate and up to date.
  • Track deal pipeline and onboarding status, surfacing risks, bottlenecks, and stalled deals to leadership with clear next steps.

Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in FinTech, operations, sales, customer success, or a startup environment.
  • Strong communication skills for building customer relationships, with the ability to adapt in difficult or unique conversations to best support customers.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a process-first mindset - you enjoy turning messy things orderly.
  • Comfort operating in the "gray area," defining processes where none yet exist.
  • Curiosity and resourcefulness - you're eager to tackle unfamiliar questions from customers and partners and can independently find answers.
  • An adaptable multitasker who can juggle competing priorities across departments without compromising data integrity or "source of truth" standards.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior client relationship or sales experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Apps Script, automation platforms (Make, Zapier), and CRMs (Salesforce, Attio).
  • Experience building or orchestrating agent-based workflows, and an interest in emerging AI technologies.

The base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $100,000 USD. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, qualifications and business needs.
In addition, the employee who fills this role will be eligible for an equity grant, allowing you to share in the long-term success of the company. You will also have access to a wide array of benefits, including health and wellness benefits, 401(k) savings plan, and flexible time off.
Join the team rewriting how money moves worldwide-and become a driving force in the $194 trillion cross-border payments market.
