The qualifications for a career as a support analyst include a bachelor’s degree in IT or computer science, experience working in an IT setting, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a support analyst, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Support Analyst, you need a solid understanding of troubleshooting, IT fundamentals, and customer service, often supported by a relevant degree or technical certifications like CompTIA A+ or ITIL.
