Job Details:
The (REMOTE) Manager, Supply Chain Technology, is responsible for the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of technology solutions that enable efficient warehouse, transportation, and final-mile operations. Reporting to the Director, this role provides technical leadership for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Final Mile Delivery platforms, integrations, and related supply chain technologies. The Manager partners closely with Distribution Center Operations, Transportation, Logistics, and Tech teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions that improve operational performance and customer experience. This role leads project delivery, production support, system enhancements, vendor management, and technology modernization efforts across assigned platforms. In this role, you should have a strong technical expertise in WMS, final-mile delivery solutions, integrations, SQL, APIs, and operational support. You are responsible for troubleshooting complex issues, driving root cause resolution, ensuring system stability, and optimizing technology capabilities and leverage AI where applicable to support business growth. The Manager also leads project and cross functional teams, manages vendor relationships, and ensures technology investments deliver measurable business value.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Manage the execution of assigned Supply Chain Technology initiatives aligned with business goals, operational priorities, and enterprise IT direction.
  • Translate roadmap priorities into actionable delivery plans, backlog items, dependencies, release plans, and support activities.
  • Identify and recommend technology improvements that optimize warehouse operations, inventory management, transportation, vendor integration, and final mile delivery processes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that improve scalability, efficiency, reliability, and associate/customer experience across the supply chain ecosystem.
  • Support adoption of modern technologies that enhance distribution center operations, logistics execution, and final mile delivery capabilities.
  • Partner with the Director, business teams, vendors, and IT peers to evaluate AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technology opportunities that improve service levels, reduce costs, and increase operational visibility.
  • Manage assigned capabilities within core supply chain platforms, including WMS/TMS, ERP integrations, logistics systems, and final mile delivery solutions.
  • Support high system availability, performance, and operational continuity across distribution centers and logistics operations.
  • Partner closely with Logistics and Operations teams to enhance processes across receiving, inventory, picking, staging, shipping, routing, delivery execution, and related support workflows.
  • Coordinate issue resolution, defect management, workaround validation, root cause follow-up, and sustainment documentation for assigned systems.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, integration, application, and support teams to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable systems supporting supply chain operations.
  • Coordinate vendor activities, delivery checkpoints, support follow-up, and performance inputs for application platforms, hardware, and third-party services.
  • Support vendor reviews, QBR preparation, service discussions, and action item tracking in partnership with the Director.
  • Ensure effective integration follow-through across ERP and supply chain systems to enable seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure assigned solutions are delivered in alignment with enterprise standards for security, compliance, reliability, change management, and operational controls.
  • Track KPIs, operational metrics, delivery health, issue trends, and performance indicators to support governance and operational excellence.
  • Partner with InfoSec, IT leadership, vendors, and support teams to maintain controls, data integrity, and responsible system access across assigned supply chain systems.
  • Build strong relationships with Supply Chain leadership, Logistics and Operations teams, business stakeholders, vendors, direct reports, and IT peers to understand priorities and translate them into actionable technology solutions.
  • Serve as a credible partner who provides guidance on system capabilities, delivery trade-offs, support impacts, and practical implementation considerations.
  • Facilitate communication between business and IT to ensure alignment, readiness, adoption, issue resolution, and successful outcomes.
  • Prepare clear status updates, meeting materials, decision summaries, action item tracking, and leadership communications.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and results-oriented team culture focused on delivery quality, operational excellence, and business partnership.
  • Promote disciplined execution, knowledge sharing, documentation, and continuous improvement within the assigned team or function.
  • Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date.
  • Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to maintain a safe work environment for all.
  • Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts.

Non-Essential Responsibilities

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered.

Professional Experience
  • 5+ years of IT experience with exposure to Supply Chain systems, operations, logistics, product delivery, system sustainment, or technology operations required.
  • Experience delivering or supporting solutions with WMS/TMS, ERP integrations, logistics systems, routing, delivery, or related operational technology platforms preferred.
  • Experience managing cross-functional work with business and IT stakeholders, including requirements, backlog priorities, testing, issue resolution, and release readiness required.
  • Experience leading teams, matrixed resources, vendors, or project delivery resources preferred.
  • Experience managing project costs, vendor spend inputs, resource planning, or budget-related tracking within defined scope preferred.

Competencies & Knowledge
  • Working knowledge of SQL and Data base management.

  • Technology platforms such as WMS (e.g., Koerber/Infios), TMS, and delivery routing systems such as DispatchTrack.
  • ERP integration and data flows across supply chain systems.
  • Agile software delivery, product backlog management, sprint planning, release readiness, UAT coordination, and production support practices.
  • Microsoft Office, including Project and Visio.

Compensation:
Competitive pay range of $125,000 - $130,000 * depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
