Business Systems Analyst - Supply Chain Management & Execution
Location: Wilmington, MA (Hybrid - onsite 2 days/week; must be local to MA or NH)
Type: 6-12+ month contract-to-hire
Position Overview
We are seeking a technical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in Supply Chain Management and Execution (SCE). This role will focus on the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) area, requiring hands-on experience with procurement, accounts payable, and purchasing processes. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in direct materials, manufacturing, and supply chain execution, paired with excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver strong, well-structured answers during stakeholder interactions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business and technical teams to support supply chain execution initiatives.
  • Drive requirements gathering, documentation, and solution design for P2P processes.
  • Provide expertise in procurement, accounts payable, and purchasing workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of supply chain operations.
  • Support manufacturing and direct material purchasing initiatives.
