LIDD recrute un(e) Consultant(e) pour rejoindre notre pratique de Planification de la chaîne d'approvisionnement. Ce rôle s'adresse aux professionnels en début de carrière souhaitant bâtir leur expertise en service conseil et en logiciels de gestion (Kinaxis Maestro).

Nos consultant.es aident nos clients à optimiser la planification de leurs opérations. En collaboration avec les associés, directeurs et gestionnaires de projets, vous devrez :

  • Soutenir les mandats de conseil par l'analyse de données, la documentation et la production de livrables (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Assister aux évaluations de l'état actuel, à la collecte des besoins et à la cartographie des processus.
  • Participer aux projets d'implantation Kinaxis Maestro : préparation des données, support à la configuration, tests et élaboration de matériel de formation.
  • Concevoir et maintenir des tableaux de bord Power BI et des modèles analytiques pour les livrables clients.
  • Assurer le suivi administratif : prise de notes lors des réunions, suivi des points d'action et mise à jour de la documentation de projet.
  • Apprendre et appliquer la méthodologie de conseil et les standards de qualité de LIDD.
  • Obtenir la certification Kinaxis Author Level 1 dans les 6 premiers mois.
  • Contribuer aux initiatives internes telles que le développement de propositions, de matériel de vente et de la base de connaissances.
Profil Recherché
  • Formation : Baccalauréat en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, génie industriel ou domaine connexe.
  • Compétences analytiques : Maîtrise avancée d'Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques, fonctions de recherche, formules complexes).
  • Communication : Excellentes capacités de communication écrite et verbale.
  • Rigueur : Grand souci du détail et de la qualité du travail produit.
  • Attitude : Motivé(e), organisé(e) et à l'aise dans un environnement de travail dynamique.
  • Mobilité : Disponibilité pour des déplacements chez les clients (généralement entre 10 et 25 %).
  • Expérience de stage ou alternance en chaîne d'approvisionnement, conseil ou opérations.
  • Exposition à Power BI, SQL, Python ou d'autres outils d'analyse de données.
  • Cours ou projets académiques portant sur la planification de la demande, le S&OP ou la gestion des stocks.

The Role

LIDD is hiring a Consultant to join our Supply Chain Planning Practice. This role is designed for early-career professionals who want to build a career in supply chain consulting and supply chain software (Kinaxis Maestro). You will work alongside senior consultants and architects on real client engagements from day one, with structured mentorship, training, and a clear path to certification and advancement. Our Consultants help our clients plan their supply chains. Working with partners, directors, and project managers, you will:

  • Support consulting engagements through data analysis, documentation, and deliverable production (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Assist in current-state assessments, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
  • Participate in Kinaxis Maestro implementation projects: data preparation, configuration support, testing, and user training materials.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytical models supporting client deliverables.
  • Take meeting notes, track action items, and help maintain project documentation.
  • Learn and apply LIDD's consulting methodology and deliverable standards.
  • Pursue Kinaxis Author Level 1 certification within the first 6 months.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives such as proposal development, sales materials, and knowledge base.

Desired Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency (PivotTables, lookups, formulas).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality of work.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites (typically 10-25%).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Internship or co-op experience in supply chain, consulting, or operations.
