The impact you’ll make

As a Senior Manager within Lam’s Global Supply Chain Management organization, this role serves as the Supply Chain Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for an assigned Product Group. The position requires a strategic, results-driven leader capable of driving alignment, execution, and transformation across matrixed teams.

What you’ll do

Strategic Partnership & Representation

  • Act as the primary liaison between the Product Group and Supply Chain, ensuring mutual understanding, responsiveness, and aligned priorities.
  • Represent Supply Chain in Product Group forums and vice versa, with equal fluency and credibility.
  • Report into Supply Chain leadership while taking strategic direction and performance input from the Product Group leadership team.

Program & Resource Alignment

  • Aligns cross-functional resources to support Product Group business objectives and Reliant partner needs.
  • Prioritize initiatives, establish performance targets, and drive execution to deliver measurable results.
  • Facilitate executive collaboration forums to support joint decision-making and strategic alignment.
  • Lead execution of Product Group supply chain strategies and initiatives, ensuring stakeholder accountability.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for Global Supplier Management to address sourcing escalations and cost roadmap alignment.
  • Translate Product Group market strategies into actionable supply chain requirements to support market penetration and defense.

Business Requirements & Strategic Insight

  • Capture and translate foundational business requirements into supply chain deliverables that maximize customer value.
  • Maintain a strategic view of product consumption patterns and cycles to inform supply chain planning and execution.
  • Own the integrated view of strategies, goals, and milestones across the Product Group and Supply Chain, ensuring alignment and accountability.

Leadership & Culture

  • Provide inspired leadership to the global supply chain organization, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Act as a catalyst for change, continuously improving processes and capabilities.
Who we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Operations,Engineering, or Business with 6-8 years of management experience; MBA preferred.
  • Twelve (12) years of leadership experience in supply chain or operations, with deep expertise in logistics, planning, and execution.
  • Proven success in executive-level stakeholder engagement and cross-functional team leadership.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a track record of delivering results.
  • Familiarity with Lam technologies and new product introduction processes is a plus.
  • Domestic travel of up to 25% may be required.
