    • Keep OKR check-ins current and attend weekly meetings
    • Coordinate communication between sales, finance and operations departments re: inventory levels, lead-times and new vendor on boarding.
    • Maintain accurate vendor pricing in NetSuite and monitor PO pricing vs vendor pricing for accuracy
    • Assist the Supply Chain Department in procurement of materials, products, and services
    • Monitor inventory levels and proactively flag stock concerns before they impact customer fulfillment

    • Assist in managing inbound goods planning and warehouse space requirements
    • Track lead time changes and communicate proactively to internal stakeholders
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Serve as an operational resource for the inside sales team on supply chain, lead times, and product-specific questions
    • Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, and Finance teams to support smooth day-to-day operations
    • Provide administrative support to the Director of Operations, Operations Manager, and Supply Chain Manager

Requirements:

  1. Core Competencies

    • Team-first mindset; respects management structure and earns trust through dependable execution
  • What to Expect
    • Autonomy to execute within budget and aligned with department objectives
    • Support and guidance from the Director of Operations and Supply Chain Manager
    • All tools, equipment, training, and resources needed to carry out the role — including NetSuite access and training
