What You’ll Do
As a Supply Chain Manager, you’ll oversee and manage supply chain operations supporting ENTEK’s lithium-ion battery separator manufacturing operations in Terre Haute. You’ll lead strategic planning efforts related to inventory, production scheduling, logistics, and customer fulfillment while ensuring alignment between operations, sales, finance, and production teams.


In this role, you will:

  • Develop and manage supply chain strategies related to production capacity, inventory targets, product mix, and demand management
  • Lead monthly sales, inventory, demand, and operations planning (S&OP) processes
  • Develop and monitor KPIs related to inventory quality, on-time delivery, production, shipping, and fulfillment performance
  • Analyze customer demand and align production resources to support delivery requirements
  • Coordinate inventory builds, material movement, and contingency plans to mitigate supply risks
  • Monitor production plans and adjust schedules based on changing business and operational conditions
  • Manage warehousing, logistics, inventory planning, and material flow activities
  • Collaborate closely with sales, finance, operations, and customer teams to ensure fulfillment expectations are met
  • Lead and develop supply chain and logistics personnel while fostering a collaborative team culture
  • Support Lean manufacturing initiatives including Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Maintain safe operations and ensure adherence to company procedures and standards
Requirements:What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a strategic and detail-oriented supply chain leader with strong planning, operational, and leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum five (5) years of relevant supply chain or operations experience
  • Extensive experience with materials planning, production scheduling, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics
  • Experience leading, developing, and managing teams
  • Strong ERP/MRP systems knowledge
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Familiarity with global supply chain operations and logistics challenges
  • Experience supporting multi-site operations and strategic planning initiatives


Your Work Schedule

This is a full-time, exempt position working Monday through Friday beginning at 7:00 AM. This is an on-site role based in Terre Haute, Indiana. Domestic and occasional international travel (10–15%) may be required.
