Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sr. Associate Supply Chain to work at Juncos, PR, working inventory and production strategies, ensuring supply meets our inventory targets. This role is responsible for planning production work orders, managing inventory, and supporting cross-functional operations to drive efficient performance and deliver exceptional supply chain results.
Location: Juncos, PR
Salary: $28.45 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform weekly and monthly capacity planning to align resources with demand.
  • Support new product launches and revisions.
  • Represent the planning department in improvement initiatives and planning meetings within Operations.
  • Plan both standard and non-standard production orders.
  • Manage short-term capacity requirements.
  • Oversee inventory management for Finished Goods and intermediates.
  • Communicate and manage critical items and issues internally.
  • Maintain accurate Material and Production Master Data.


Education & Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED plus 4 years’ directly related work experience; OR
  • Associate’s degree plus 2 years' directly related work experience; OR
  • Bachelor’s degree plus 6 months' directly related work experience; OR
  • Master’s degree


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience with SAP.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Sciences, or Life Sciences.
  • Three or more years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Smartsheet, and/or PowerBI.


What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Experience in data science, data analyst, business analytics, or business intelligence roles.
  • Familiarity with financial management processes (budgeting, invoice tracking, financial reporting, etc.).
  • Experience managing small to medium projects, including planning, stakeholder management, and reporting.
  • Ability to interpret data and provide actionable business insights.
  • Experience working with SAP Order-to-Cash module, SAP TM, or similar ERP systems.
