Job description

Job Overview
Specialist in logistics and warehouse management with experience in replenishment coordination and material handling. Proficient in the use of SAP and Excel for inventory management. Skilled in the optimization of material delivery processes to production areas and in the efficient management of resources and equipment. Committed to compliance with safety and quality regulations, ensuring smooth and safe operations.
A Day In The Life
  • Coordinar con los acarreadores de materiales ("Material Handlers"), las tareas entre estas los pedidos al Almacén, equipos y materiales requeridos para completar los procesos de reabastecimiento de los supermercados.
  • Según sea requerido, apoyar tareas de acarrear materiales y utilizar el procedimiento de reabastecimiento de supermercados.
  • Coordina el acarreo del producto despachado por el Almacén para que llegue de manera correcta a las áreas de producción que lo están solicitando para reabastecer los supermercados.
  • Coordinar las prioridades de despacho de reabastecimiento de los supermercados con el Almacén.
  • Informar cualquier corto de material que afecte el reabastecimiento del supermercado al planificar, luego de haber realizado el análisis sistemático de las transacciones en SAP.
  • Realizará actividades de almacén en sistemas autorizados (Ej. SAP, Excel, etc.) tales como: entrada y salida de inventario, movimientos en almacén, conteo cíclico y otros, según la necesidad del negocio y a discreción del Supervisor(a) y/o Gerente.
  • Responsable de indicarle al Supervisor y/o Gerente si algún equipo que se requiere para hacer las tareas de reabastecimiento de los supermercados falta o se daña para poder reemplazarlos.
  • Se asegura de cumplir y llevar a cabo lo establecido en las Políticas, Procedimientos y Reglas de Seguridad Ocupacional, Calidad, Ambiental, Seguridad de Planta Física, Finanzas, Recursos Humanos y otras.

  • Cuarto año de Escuela Superior completado en institución acreditada; o grado asociado universitario, preferible.
  • Preferible, un (1) año de experiencia, previa en posición de liderato, en industria de manufactura de alto volumen, eléctrica o electrónica.
  • Preferible, conocimiento en conceptos de Manufactura Esbelta ("Lean Manufacturing").
  • Saber leer, escribir y comprender el idioma español.
  • Preferible, licencia de montacarga. Levantar, transportar y colocar mercancía o suministros de hasta 35 libras, sin ayuda.
  • Destrezas interpersonales, de comunicación, buen juicio.
  • Se requiere destreza manual y la aptitud de seguir instrucciones, consistentemente.
  • Capaz de trabajar en equipo y proveer un ambiente de colaboración entre los equipos.
  • Conocimientos en ERP (SAP), módulo de manejo de almacenes WM, se prefiere también "Microsoft TEAMS".
