What is a supply chain demand planner?

Supply Chain Demand Planners are professionals responsible for forecasting customer demand to ensure that companies have the right amount of inventory at the right time. They analyze market trends, sales data, and historical patterns to predict future needs and help optimize supply chain operations. Their role is crucial for minimizing stockouts and overstock situations, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing costs.
