Job Summary

The Supply Chain Demand Planner is accountable for developing demand forecasts using sales, marketing, inventory, and operational data to support supply chain planning and supply chain performance. This role researches market intelligence, analyzes demand trends, andprovidesdata-driven insights that support forecasting accuracy and planning decisions. This is a hybrid role requiring two days in-office (Mon/Tue) in our Mendota Heights, MN headquarters.

Essential Functions

  • Develop demand forecasts using sales, marketing, inventory, and operational data to support production planningobjectivesand material availability

  • Research market intelligence, industry trends, and business data tomaintainaccurateand current demand forecasts

  • Analyze key sales indicators and product demand patterns toidentifytrends and support planning recommendations

  • Present forecast analyses, assumptions, and demand planning results to stakeholders to support planning activities

  • Monitor inventory levels, forecast performance, and budget-related information toidentifyrisks, variances, and planning opportunities

  • Coordinate planning activities across operations, purchasing,logistics, suppliers, and other business partners to support integrated planning processes

  • Monitor planning metrics and forecasting performance against established benchmarks to support continuous improvement efforts

  • Support execution of supply chain initiatives, promotional activities, product launches, and planning events through forecasting analysis and coordination

  • Comply withCompany and department policies and standards; performs other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Statistics, or equivalent education and experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in Supply Chain or a related field

  • ExperienceutilizingERP systems to support demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain planning

The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount could exceed this range, based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills.
