POSITION SUMMARY:
This position leads the team of Member Service Associates and manages the operations of the Member Services department, ensuring that all Villa Sport members receive five-star service when entering and departing the club and when requesting changes to or information about their membership account.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE:
  • Hourly, based on relevant experience to the role. Full-time hours.
