JOB SUMMARY
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained. This role supports the team by providing leadership, training, and guidance to housekeeping staff, contributing to the overall operations of the hotel.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & FUNCTIONS
•    Operational Responsibilities
o    Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff.
o    Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards.
o    Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
•    Managerial Responsibilities
o    Schedule and assign tasks to housekeeping staff.
o    Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
o    Assist in hiring and training new employees.
•    Guest Services
o    Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
o    Ensure guest satisfaction by accommodating special requests.
•    Team Support and Training
o    Provide ongoing training and support to housekeeping staff.
o    Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
•    Communication and Reporting
o    Communicate effectively with the housekeeping manager and other departments.
o    Prepare and submit reports on housekeeping activities and performance.
•    Safety & Compliance
o    Follow all hotel policies and procedures.
