Job description

LOCAL DELIVERY PERSON/WAREHOUSEMAN NEEDED IN GROWING FOOD INGREDIENTS AND PACKAGING DISTRIBUTION WAREHOUSE. LOOKING FOR A LONG TERM, STABLE, RESPONSIBLE TEAM PLAYER.
Location: Sun Valley, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm Full-time, long-term position, automatic overtime paid.
go home daily. Saturday and Sunday OFF.
REQUIREMENTS:
VALID California Class C or B Driver License, clean driving record and minimum of 2 years of driving experience. Experience with refrigerated trucks a plus.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
Experience with shipping, receiving, procedures a plus.
Forklift and electric pallet jack experience a plus, but will train.
Experience in a warehouse environment.
Pass a drug test, background test and e-verify.
Must have customer service skills.
Must be a team player.
Honest, hard worker.
Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
·     Daily delivery of orders to local customers using electric pallet jacks.  
·     Loading and unloading of semi and bobtail trucks using standup forklift
·     Forklift operation.
·     Pulling and assembling orders based on customers' orders.
·     Pick up of products from local vendors.
·     Clean up and maintenance of work space.
·     Manage and turn in paperwork accordingly with office team professionally.
·     Communicate with incoming vendors, customers and team members professionally.
·     General warehouse duties as assigned based on business needs such as organization and audit prep.
