Overview:
The Digital Content Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing best-in-class content for a range of users.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
  • Drive content projects for their entire lifecycle from planning through post-launch measurement
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve content quality, maintainability, and usability
  • Manage projects across coss-functional teams including internal and external UX designers, copywriters, and strategists to produce superior solutions that meet or exceed stakeholder requirements
  • Facilitate and participate in reviews of visual design, UX, and development deliverables
  • Build and leverage strong relationships with multiple stakeholders to deliver complex projects
  • Partner with Sr. SEO Strategist to ensure content projects adhere to SEO best practices
  • Lead content reporting and continuously interpret metrics to assess content and improve our customer experience
  • Deliver a variety of assignments under tight due dates
  • Adhere to a high personal standard of quality, organization, and work commitment

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, Communications or a related field
  • 3+ years of related experience

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
  • Digital Marketing Experience
  • Experience with customer segmentation or consumer journeys
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
