We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are passionate about teaching kids while fostering a love of soccer among children ages 2-10. As a part of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe, fun, and educational environment that encourages physical activity and the development of essential life skills.
In this part-time position, you will conduct engaging soccer classes, ensuring that each child feels supported and empowered to succeed. Our coaching philosophy emphasizes individual attention and a non-competitive approach to create a stress-free and rewarding experience for all participants.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead soccer classes with energy and enthusiasm, encouraging participation and engagement from all children.
  • Ensure a safe and positive learning environment, actively observing children's interactions and providing guidance.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed about their children's progress and class activities.
  • Attend regular training sessions to consistently improve coaching techniques and stay updated on the Super Soccer Stars curriculum.
  • Set up and break down equipment before and after classes.
