Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Senior Technical Project Manager role based in Denver, CO. The Senior Technical Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of complex, AI-focused and technology integration projects, from initial scoping through execution and post-launch optimization. Responsibilities include defining project plans, aligning timelines and milestones, managing dependencies, and coordinating cross-functional teams such as engineering, data science, product, and operations. The person in this role will translate technical concepts into clear, actionable requirements for stakeholders, manage risk and issue resolution, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Day-to-day work also involves status reporting, stakeholder communication, process improvement, and helping clients understand and adopt Wyecliff’s AI solutions effectively.
Qualifications:
- Strong Project Management and Program Management skills, with a track record of delivering complex technical initiatives end-to-end.
- Proven Team Leadership capabilities, including guiding cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration, and fostering accountability.
- 4+ years of experience managing technical or software development projects
- 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring project teams
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate trade-offs, manage risks, and drive evidence-based decision-making.
- Excellent Communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences, manage stakeholder expectations, and produce clear documentation.
- Experience managing software, data, or AI/ML projects in a technical environment, preferably within consulting, SaaS, or enterprise settings.
- Familiar with AI Native development tools Cursor, Claude Code, Github Copilot, Github
- Strong skills in Enterprise Cloud architecture and data (Databricks, Supabase, AWS, Azure)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern project management tools (e.g., Linear, Monday, Claude or similar).
- Ability to work on-site in Denver, CO, collaborate with diverse teams, and adapt to evolving client and project needs.
