The Equipment Operator position for aggregate is critical as we build better communities. Here are some things you will do:
  • Operate heavy equipment. This could be a trackhoe, backhoe, loader, skidsteer, or dozer.
  • Excavate trenches, load trucks, and grade pads/floors.
  • Service and clean equipment as needed, as well as perform pre and post inspections to ensure proper performance of equipment.
  • Assist with plant maintenance and operations.
  • Be a great, reliable team member

Additionally, we're looking for:
  • The ability to operate heavy equipment productively, efficiently, and safely.
  • Someone who can demonstrate initiative and reliability with minimal supervision.
  • Someone who likes working outdoors.
  • High energy. We work a lot of hours in a day, and your high energy will keep you going with the rest of your team.
  • MSHA training is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience at running a loader, dozer or trackhoe.
  • Crusher experience is also preferred.
