Job description

Last‑Mile Distribution Driver and Shipping Coordinator (Print & Packaging) Role at a glance
  • Drive local routes across Massachusetts to deliver finished printing and packaging orders safely and on time.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and keep complete logs to maintain DOT compliance.
  • Plan routes for efficiency, balancing urgency, traffic, and cost.
  • Verify shipping paperwork (including bills of lading), product counts, and load security.
  • Load/unload vehicles and assist with warehouse tasks when not driving.
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs with leasing/service partners.
Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Home daily. No weekends.

What you’ll need
  • Valid Driver’s License (required) and age 21+ (per DOT).
  • Background as a delivery, route, or truck driver (preferred).
  • Knowledge of DOT safety standards and regional navigation skills (maps/GPS).
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to lift, load, and move materials.

  • Delivery: Execute scheduled local routes, secure loads, and confirm counts against documentation.

  • Operations: Assist in shipping/receiving and broader warehouse operations as needed.
