The Detail Specialist is a very important role within the organization providing quality service to our customers. A successful detailer is someone who is reliable, hard working, detail-oriented and strives in providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and detail new car deliveries, as well as recondition vehicles for the used car lot.
  • Wash, extract, and buff vehicles.
  • Understand how to detail all makes and models of vehicles.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Conduct final inspection on every vehicle before delivering to a customer.
  • Support the Service and Sales Departments in their detailing needs.
  • Complete paint finish repairs and reconditioning when applicable.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma is preferred.
  • Previous auto detailing experience and certifications are a plus, but are not a requirement.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Hold a clear driving record (no accidents, tickets).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Possess a strong work ethic with an attention to detail.
  • Reliable with an energetic and positive attitude.
  • Be able to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion.
