About Us
Elite Pool Pro is a small business in Naples, FL. We are professional, agile and rewarding.
We are seeking a Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team! As a Pool Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the integrity of various customers pools, including cleaning tile, pool floors, pump baskets, filters, and more.
Each Elite Pool Pro technician is responsible for a designated pool service route in and around Naples.
Each route stop is then logged on your phone through an App to keep track of the service provided. A truck and equipment is provided. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
A clean driving record is required, and we are a Drug-Free environment.
Job Type: Part-Time with the option of moving to Full-time as we grow
Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
  • Tips
Work Location: In person (Naples Area)
Responsibilities

  • Vacuum pool floors, steps, walls, tiles, pump baskets, and more
  • Test pool water and balance the water chemistry based on those results
  • Clean and change filters
  • Troubleshoot minor problems to keep the pool system running
  • Document pool issues and repair needs, and communicate the status of the equipment to both management and customers
Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience working with pools is desired
  • Ability to work outside (sun and rain)
