Summit Contracting is looking to hire a seasoned asphalt and concrete maintenance estimator.

· Prepare estimates for civil construction projects for asphalt paving, milling, concrete, and preventive maintenance.

· Successfully build and maintain long term business relationships with clients.

· Inspect properties and help determine what a client’s needs are to improve their asset. Includes detailed construction examination and site survey.

· Project manage work awarded by keeping projects on schedule and within budget.

· Assure that crews are prepared and properly equipped to complete a job successfully and profitably before work begins.

· Determine schedules for awarded work.

· Prepare change orders and final contracts.

· Review labor, equipment, and material invoices.

· Conduct meetings with clients and field personnel weekly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
