Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lifestyle Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a private UHNW household, with direct responsibility for meal preparation and kitchen management. This role requires a highly organized, service-oriented professional who can seamlessly manage household logistics while delivering high-quality, personalized culinary support.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-driven, and capable of maintaining exceptional standards of both household management and in-home dining.

Key Responsibilities

Household & Lifestyle Management

  • Oversee daily household operations to ensure a consistently organized, clean, and well-functioning environment
  • Anticipate the principal’s needs and execute tasks with minimal direction
  • Manage household inventory, supplies, and overall readiness

Culinary & Kitchen Management

  • Plan and prepare fresh, high-quality meals tailored to preferences and dietary requirements
  • Handle all grocery shopping and provisioning, prioritizing premium and specialty ingredients
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked kitchen at all times
  • Adapt menus seasonally and across residences as needed

Errands & Personal Support

  • Manage day-to-day errands including shopping, returns, and service coordination
  • Schedule and oversee home maintenance and service providers
  • Handle vehicle maintenance (e.g., oil changes, detailing, inspections)

Property & Seasonal Residence Coordination

  • Prepare secondary residences (e.g., summer/weekend homes) prior to arrival
  • Ensure properties are stocked, cleaned, and fully operational
  • Coordinate logistics between residences, including transport of personal items and supplies

Scheduling & Logistics

  • Coordinate household calendars, appointments, and vendor schedules
  • Implement systems to ensure efficiency and seamless operations

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in UHNW households, private service, or combined household management and cooking roles
  • Strong cooking skills with ability to prepare a variety of healthy, high-quality meals
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
