About the Role:

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in Louisville, KY is looking for an energetic and dependable Non-CDL Driver/Mover to join our growing team! This is a hands-on, active role where you'll help customers through one of life's biggest transitions — moving day. If you love physical work, meeting new people, and taking pride in a job well done, this is the opportunity for you.

Starting pay: $20/hour plus tips.

No experience necessary. Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and good driving record over the last 3 years.

Candidates are expected to have reliable transportation to/from work. Must be willing to authorize a background check and pre-employment drug screen, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is a drug-free work place.

COMPENSATION

Starting pay: $20/hour plus tips

Hours

Full-time and part-time schedules available Monday through Saturday (Sundays optional based on demand).

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a non-CDL moving truck to transport customer belongings to and from locations

Load and unload furniture, boxes, and household items with care and efficiency

Protect customer property using moving pads, shrink wrap, and proper packing techniques

Navigate local Louisville routes and ensure on-time arrivals

Communicate professionally with customers throughout the moving process

Work as part of a two-person moving crew to complete jobs safely and on schedule

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift and carry 50–100 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday

Strong work ethic with a positive, customer-first attitude

Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends

Previous moving, labor, warehouse, or delivery experience is a plus

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
