Are you ready to take on a hands-on role helping to provide peace of mind, save lives, and fuel adventure? ROAD iD is looking for a skilled Customer Service Agent to join our amazing team! You would work remotely on Sundays and in our Covington, KY headquarters Monday - Thursday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

As a member of ROAD iD's Customer Service Team, you will have the opportunity to deliver memorable, effortless, and remarkable customer experiences. This is not your run-of-the-mill call center role. No reading from scripts here. This is because we empower you to be yourself while providing our customers a rock solid customer experience. Let's face it, you're patient, empathetic, and pretty funny to boot. That's why we're excited to receive your resume!

As a Customer Service Agent with ROAD iD, you'll focus on:

  • Delivering service so blindingly awesome that our customers can't help but share it.
  • Providing accurate, valid and complete resolutions for customers.
  • Creating sustainable relationships and trust with customers using interactive communication through email, phone, chat, and social media communications.
  • Filling the role as 'watchdog' by reporting any issues, friction or inconsistencies in the customer journey.
  • Collaborating with other departments to improve internal and external efficiencies.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of customer support experience through phone calls, email, chat, and social media, ideally in an eCommerce, call center, hospitality, or retail environment.
  • Technically proficient in website navigation.
  • Friendly and professional phone etiquette and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, and self-motivated to make a positive impact in our customer's lives.
  • Proven ability to effectively prioritize work, multitask, problem-solve and think strategically.
  • Positive approach to collaboration, with a reliable team focus.
  • Strong time management abilities.
  • Customer Service software experience is helpful
