Job Description

Rev up your hospitality career as a Valet, where you'll be the first and last point of contact, ensuring guests experience a smooth and sophisticated arrival and departure. With your prompt and courteous service, you'll be the driving force behind a seamless and memorable guest experience.

  • Park and retrieve guests' vehicles efficiently, ensuring the safe and secure handling of keys and personal items left in the vehicle.
  • Provide courteous and attentive customer service, assisting guests with their belongings, offering information, and creating a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing traffic at the valet station, ensuring a smooth flow of vehicles and maintaining order in the designated area.
  • Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles, noting any special requests, and documenting any relevant information for efficient retrieval.
  • Act as a communication link between guests and other hotel departments, facilitating requests and ensuring effective coordination of services.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of one-year experience as a valet or bellman preferably in a luxury hotel environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays according to department needs
  • Valid driver's license that meets the needs of our insurance carrier
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
