At the LEGOLAND Hotel, vacations start the moment families arrive - and that's where YOU come in! We are looking for energetic, friendly, and fun Bell / Valet Associates who love creating magical first impressions.

If you're outgoing, great with kids, and not afraid to be a little silly to make someone smile, this role is for you. Our team members bring positive energy every day and help turn simple moments into unforgettable memories.

What You'll Do

As a Bell / Valet Associate, you will:

  • Welcome guests warmly at the main entrance with a smile and high energy

  • Provide valet parking services (manual & automatic vehicles)

  • Assist guests with luggage handling, storage, and delivery (up to 75 lbs.)

  • Explain valet procedures and provide directions when needed

  • Escort guests to reception and assist with check-in flow

  • Deliver messages, mail, and packages to guest rooms promptly

  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the hotel entrance and lobby

  • Perform room checks during checkout to ensure no personal items are left behind

  • Transfer luggage during room changes

  • Assist with parcel packaging when needed

  • Answer guest questions about hotel amenities, park attractions, dining outlets, and local attractions

  • Use radios and hotel systems properly to support operations

  • Participate in pre-shift briefings and team meetings

You'll also help ensure a smooth, efficient arrival experience - especially for families excited to begin their adventure!

  • Ability to lift and move luggage up to 75 lbs

  • Comfortable standing and working outdoors for extended periods

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills

  • Full availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and summer

  • Flexible schedule required (shifts may fall between 7:00 AM - 11:30 PM and vary based on hotel needs)

Preferred candidates will have:

  • Prior customer service experience

  • Knowledge of the local area and park attractions

Safety & Compliance

Team members must follow all company Health, Safety & Security policies and comply with ASTM, NEC, NSF, OSHA, and state/local regulations. Prompt reporting of incidents and adherence to safe work practices is required.
