JOB SUMMARY

Student worker for the Summer for the Campus ID Office

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Filing, typing, mailings, clerical, assists with supplies, data entry, receptionist, answers phone.

Assist the Front Desk with taking pictures and printing new ID cards.

Assist in checking issue codes of ID Cards

Assist with general office tasks such as filing, organizing, inventory, and other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Active/matriculated Seton Hall University undergraduate student in good standing.
Familiarity with office procedures.
Demonstrates a positive attitude and takes initiative.

Must be enrolled in a matriculated program and registered at least half-time for Fall 2026
