Position: Early Literacy Teacher K-4

Location: Springfield, MO

Pay: $16 - $18

Overview:

We’re hiring instructors for students from kindergarten through 4th in a unique, low-pressure environment. There are no lesson plans, no homework, and nothing to take home—everything is provided so you can focus on connecting with students, building confidence, and making learning enjoyable. Shifts are Monday mornings, after school Monday - Thursday, and Saturday mornings, with manageable hours and a supportive, welcoming team. It’s a rewarding role that brings the joy back into teaching—for both you and your students. NOW hiring for spring, summer and fall. Summer hours will include morning and after-school shifts, as well as Saturdays. NOTE: This is a long-term part-time position. We need one to two instructors who are committed to employment for a year or more.

Skills:

  • Certified Educator preferred.
