CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a growing company in Keller, TX and is hiring Inside Sales! If you enjoy helping customers, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.


Location: Keller, TX 76248


Pay: $18-20.00/hour


Summer Schedule:

  • Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (32 hours/week)
  • Opportunity to work an additional 2 hours before your shift by assisting with light-duty warehouse tasks for those who would like extra hours.


ROLE IMPACT

As a Sales Representative, you will drive new business by connecting with prospective customers, presenting company programs, and converting opportunities into signed contracts. Success in this role is measured by consistently meeting sales goals, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate customer information and follow-up activities.

• Initiate outbound sales calls to prospective customers and present company programs.

• Build customer relationships by identifying needs and recommending appropriate solutions.

• Close sales opportunities while meeting established call and contract performance goals.

• Maintain accurate customer records, contracts, and follow-up activities in Salesforce and company systems.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• At least 1 year of telemarketing, outbound sales, or related customer sales experience.

• Proficiency using computers, CRM systems, and standard office software with strong written and verbal communication skills.
