  • Choose the right visualizations that clearly tell the performance story
  • Communicate findings clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders
  • Support data quality checks and help maintain reporting accuracy
  • Collaborate with the analytics team on performance trends, testing ideas, and tool improvements
  • Assist with monthly performance reviews, including writing insights and building report materials
  • Partner with the team (including another analyst focused on dashboarding and data strategy) to improve overall data products and explore new analytics tools
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting
  • Familiarity with performance marketing or social media metrics (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Foundational knowledge of data analytics and performance measurement
  • Good eye for data visualization and the ability to choose the right format for the right message
  • Understanding of what makes a KPI meaningful and how to tie metrics to business goals
  • Some exposure to basic coding/scripting (SQL, Python) is a plus
  • Basic understanding of ETL processes and how data is collected, merged, transformed, and maintained across multiple sources and platforms
  • Familiar with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio for data visualization
  • Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn
  • Curious, detail-oriented, and proactive in surfacing insights
PERSONAL SKILLS AND CHARACTER TRAITS
  • You enjoy the creative atmosphere and energy a modern agency provides.
  • You have strong attention to detail and are process-oriented.
  • You balance multiple projects and priorities, communicating expectations and meeting deadlines.
  • You are deeply fluent in digital, eager to learn, and curious.
  • You are an inclusive and supportive team player who can work in cross-functional teams with people of different backgrounds.
  • You have a penchant for results and an entrepreneurial mindset; you bring a can-do mentality to everything you touch.
  • You can work fast and independently with great precision and accuracy.

    • We are Champions for Others.
    • We are Human-First.
    • We Act as One.

  • Generous amount of paid time off annually + paid holidays.
  • Flexible spending accounts for health and dependent care.
  • Health Savings Account option with employer match.
