Key Responsibilities
The AD Mortgage 2026 Summer Internship Program is a 10-week, full-time, immersive experience designed for undergraduate students who want real-world exposure to the corporate world. Interns are placed within a business group where they work side-by-side with experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience and insight into what a full-time career at AD Mortgage looks like.
Location and Schedule
  • This is a full-time, office-based position in a modern, cozy environment in our Ft. Lauderdal, FL office.
  • Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Skills & Qualifications
We're looking for motivated undergraduate students who meet the following criteria:
  • Expected graduation from an accredited Bachelor's degree program between December 2026 and December 2027. (Pre-law students preferred!)
  • Ability to work full-time onsite during the internship period.
  • Strong interest in learning about the mortgage and/or finance industry.
  • Self-Starters: You take initiative, stay motivated and push through challenges.
