Data Analytics Intern - Summer 2027
Location: North Richland Hills, TX
Pay: $27.50/hour
Schedule: 40 hours/week | 10-Week Summer Internship

We're looking for a Data Analytics Intern to join our team for a 10-week summer internship. You'll gain hands-on experience using data and technology to help improve real construction operations while learning from experienced professionals.
What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI
  • Analyze project and operational data to identify trends and insights
  • Use Python and SQL to support reporting and automation
  • Help automate manual and repetitive processes
  • Support KPI tracking across construction projects
  • Work with project controls, operations, and IT teams
  • Contribute to real analytics projects that impact the business

What We're Looking For
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Basic experience with Power BI, Python, SQL through coursework, projects, or previous experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, curious, and willing to learn
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Available to work 40 hours per week for the full 10-week program
