Job Title: Software Developer, RPA
Division: IT
Location: HQ - JAM Industries (Open to East Coast; Hybrid or Remote)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Summary
As a Software Developer, RPA at Nexora, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. This role is part of the MIS department and involves collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
In addition to coding, you will work closely with business partners to ensure solutions align with operational requirements and deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with management, departments, and end users to gather requirements and define specifications
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle (analysis, design, testing, and deployment)
  • Design algorithms and process flows to develop new software solutions
  • Write efficient, maintainable, and scalable code
  • Test and deploy applications and automation solutions
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems
  • Collect and analyze user feedback to improve performance
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Build applications using various programming languages and technologies
  • Contribute to design discussions and system architecture planning
  • Participate in code reviews and team collaboration sessions
  • Document business requirements and obtain stakeholder sign-off before development

Requirements
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Experience with RPA tools, particularly UiPath
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Visual Basic, and JavaScript
  • Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Experience with databases (MS SQL, MySQL)
  • Proven experience working on diverse software development projects
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and programming languages
