Location: Aurora, Colorado
Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph (CAG REQ)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $45 local Position Overview
Client is seeking a Security Escort to support secure facilities by escorting uncleared individuals and monitoring activity within restricted areas. This position requires professionalism, strong situational awareness, and the ability to operate in both indoor and outdoor environments. Responsibilities
  • Escort uncleared personnel and visitors within designated secure buildings and restricted areas
  • Monitor escorted individuals to ensure compliance with all security requirements
  • Follow all company safety, security, and personnel policies
  • Interact professionally with customers, employees, VIPs, and the general public
  • Perform additional job-related or administrative duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to acquire and maintain access to the assigned facility
Candidate Expectations
  • Successfully complete all required Security Escort training
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Work effectively as part of a team
  • Stand or sit for extended periods of time
  • Work outdoors in summer heat and winter cold
  • Walk up to 5 miles per day
  • Perform secondary or administrative tasks when escort duties are limited
Desired Qualifications
  • Active security clearance (preferred but not required)

  • Prolonged exposure to computer screens and outdoor environments
  • Standing for extended periods of time
  • Manual dexterity for keyboard and equipment use
