Job Summary:
Four Sea Group, Inc. is a 100% employee-owned technical mission support company based in Denver, Colorado. They are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer โ€“ Security Integration to support secure programs through the implementation, integration, deployment, and sustainment of security-focused system capabilities.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Support implementation, integration, deployment, and sustainment of security-focused system capabilities within a secure program environment.
โ€ข Configure and support systems, devices, and infrastructure components related to information assurance and mission security needs.
โ€ข Assist with deployment and integration of hardware- and security-related technologies across program environments.
โ€ข Support system security posture through disciplined implementation of approved configurations, controls, and technical solutions.
โ€ข Work with engineering, cyber, operations, and program stakeholders to support successful execution and deployment activities.
โ€ข Troubleshoot and resolve system, integration, and implementation issues affecting security-focused environments.
โ€ข Support use and implementation of privileged-user functions in accordance with program and customer requirements.
โ€ข Participate in technical reviews, deployment planning, and readiness activities prior to implementation.
โ€ข Document technical configurations, deployment changes, issues, and system impacts clearly and accurately.
โ€ข Escalate risks, blockers, and technical concerns appropriately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or another relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
โ€ข 6+ years of relevant systems, integration, security engineering, or information assurance experience in secure technical environments.
โ€ข Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph required at time of application.
โ€ข Experience supporting information assurance or security-focused system implementation in classified or mission-driven environments.
โ€ข Experience with privileged-user implementation, system integration, and deployment activities.
โ€ข Experience with security-related hardware or infrastructure components in operational environments.
โ€ข Experience with technologies such as firewalls, guards, audit or logging-related controls, filtering technologies, or similar security infrastructure.
โ€ข Experience troubleshooting and resolving integration or deployment issues in secure environments.
โ€ข Ability to work independently within assigned scope and coordinate effectively across engineering and program stakeholders.
โ€ข Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
โ€ข Experience with cross-domain technologies, secure data transfer controls, filtering/scrubbing technologies, or guard-related implementations.
โ€ข Experience with hardware security integration, device-level deployment, or secure infrastructure rollout activities.
โ€ข Experience supporting classified deployments and operational transition of secure technologies.
โ€ข Experience with audit logging, system monitoring, or security event visibility within mission environments.
โ€ข Experience supporting system hardening, configuration control, or implementation of security baselines.
