Then we have the perfect job for you. We're searching for talented and energetic Puppeteers to bring joy and laughter to young audiences with our daily morning shows. In this role, you'll get to: Become a puppet whisperer: Bring beloved characters to life through captivating performances.

Flex your creative muscles: Write and adapt hilarious scripts, design dazzling sets, and create whimsical costumes. Be the star of the show: Perform up to 13 exciting shows each week, captivating young minds with your puppetry prowess. Be a puppet caretaker: Ensure our beloved puppets are well-loved and cared for.

Major Areas of Accountability Create/write scripts to be acted out in shows. Create props, costumes and backdrops. Perform in approximately 13 shows per week to be held mornings, Mondays through Thursdays.

Insure proper care and maintenance of puppets and other equipment and visit with audience before and after each performance. Job Specifics: Shows are Monday through Thursday mornings at various Lakeville parks. Puppeteers will work 15-20 hours a week, June through mid-August.

Occasional special event performances on evenings or weekends required. Qualifications Background or previous experience in drama, speech or related public speaking or singing activities. Must have good rapport with young children.

Puppeteer knowledge or experience preferred.
