Student Summer School Assistant - Work Study

Summer School Locations:

A.C. Redshaw School (4) 

Blanquita B. Valenti School (4)

Paul Robeson Community School For The Arts (4)

Responsibilities: 

  • Classroom Support
    • Assist students during individual or group activities.
    • Assist with setting up and organizing classroom materials.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Preparing or distributing handouts, worksheets, or supplies.
    • Filing and/or organizing learning resources.
    • Perform any summer school-specific tasks requested by the Head Teacher 

MANDATORY Summer School Professional Development Dates

  • June 26, 2026 (9:00-3:00 PM)

Summer School Program Dates: 

  • June 29, 2026 - July 30, 2026

Student Days and Hours:

  • Monday - Thursday (No Fridays)
  • 8:30 AM - 2:30 0 PM 

District Hourly Rate of $16.00/per hour, positions and locations are subject to student enrollment.
