Marketing Communications amp; CRM Specialist
Angel Fire Resort is seeking an experienced Marketing Communications amp; CRM Specialist to join our marketing team. The Marketing Communications amp; CRM Specialist will combine content strategy, guest engagement, and data-driven decision-making to improve guest experience and drive measurable results. In this position, you will develop and manage integrated communications across digital, email, web, and guest-facing platforms for our marketing department. You will be responsible for data analysis, CRM management and tracking KPIs. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a seasonal resort environment and will add to the overall success of the marketing department.
In this role, a successful candidate:
  • Effectively tracks and collects data and builds reports for leadership to analyze.
  • Identifies trends and optimizes campaigns based on data insights.
  • Builds and optimizes email campaigns, automation workflows, and CRM segmentation.
Base Pay: Starts at $65k depending on experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Builds and optimizes email campaigns, automation workflows, and CRM segmentation
  • Analyzes performance metrics including engagement, conversations, and guest sentiment
  • Maintains website content and supports SEO by working with web developers
  • Develops and manages content across email, website, blog, and social channels
  • Tracks KPIs including open rates, CTR, conversions, and engagement
  • Collects data and builds reports and dashboards for leadership to analyze
  • Identifies trends and optimizes campaigns based on data insights
  • Captures, produces, and edits photo/video content across resort operations
  • Responds to and engages with guests on behalf of Angel Fire Resort on all guest facing platforms and manages online reputation
  • Collaborates across departments to maintain accurate and timely messaging
  • Supports events, promotions, and operational communications by providing photography/videography, content sharing, and logistical support
  • Provides necessary updates and fact checks for third party websites such as onthesnow.com, skinewmexico.com, etc.
  • Assists with other marketing functions as needed
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 1-5 years of experience in communications or marketing
  • Experience in hospitality or outdoor recreation preferred
Environment: This is an indoor job, but must also attend activities and events outdoors in Alpine Mountain winter and summer conditions. Must be able to sit or stand for long periods and regularly lift/carry 50 lbs.
