Job Description: Grounds keepers and maintenance workers needed for busy RV park. Work Campers Encourage to Apply-Please note size of RV in ResponseTeam members will be responsible for keeping the facilities and grounds of the company clean and safe. Their primary duties include cleaning common areas, pool maintenance, removing trash and litter and carrying out ground maintenance. Grass cutting, weed eating, and general upkeep. Job Responsibilities: Clearing rubbish, weeds, brush and debris on a company’s groundsCleaning entrances, pool deck and upper decksWatering all flowers and plants on the groundsWeeding, trimming, and mulching plants using gardening toolsCleaning the company’s grounds by removing rubbish and litter dailyTaking care of all groundskeeping supplies, tools and inventoryEnsuring the grounds are clean, safe and usable by guest and visitorsRemoving dirt on sidewalks pavements and drivewaysTaking on special landscaping or planting projects as deemed necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Skills - General groundskeeping and maintenance ability.
