Job Summary
Responsible for washing all dishes, pots and pans and placing them in the proper location. The Steward o vers ees chemical pars related to the dish pit and cleanliness of the restaurant and alerts his/her direct supervisor when supplies are low . Clean designated surface areas and empty trash , composting and recycling to help maintain a safe and clean work area. Assist s with bussing tables and other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS -
  • This position is required to work evenings, weekends and holidays while in operation , different venues and/or locations .

  • Ability to stand for 8 hours at a time

  • Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 5 0 pounds on a constant basis.

  • Ability to work for extended periods of time sitting, bending, reaching, and speaking on a n occasional basis.

  • Ability to work for extended periods of time standing, walking, kneeling, pushing and pulling on a constant basis.

  • Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors and other employees.
