The Bartender at Crystal Mountain helps create a welcoming guest experience at Washington's premier mountain resort by delivering exceptional service,preparingand serving beverages responsibly, andmaintaininga clean, organized bar environment in a fast-paced summer operations setting. This role requiresstrong communicationskills, prior bartending experience, and the ability to thrive during busy weekends, holidays, and outdoor mountain operations whilerepresentingCrystal Mountain with professionalism and hospitality.
Set up fordaily serviceincludingdishware, glassware, silverware,linens,and other amenities according todaily proceduresandthe RestaurantGeneralManager'sdirection.
Protectthe organization, teammembersandguests by adhering to all safety, sanitation, and alcohol beverage control policies; including but not limited to Washington State Health,Liquor Department regulations, and the Center for Disease Control.
