Job description

Summary
Premiere Home Group is hiring a part-time Licensed Real Estate Assistant to work as our Buyer and Listing Coordinator. This is a hands-on role for a licensed New Jersey agent who likes being the person who keeps every file, appointment, and deadline on track. Part of the week is administrative work in the office, and the rest is out in the field supporting buyers, sellers, and active listings.
Schedule: 20 to 30 hours per week. In-office administrative hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Remaining hours are appointment-based and scheduled around client, property, and township needs. Weekend availability is required.
Compensation: $20 per hour, plus 10% commission on all associated transactions. This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
Responsibilities
Transaction administration: manage files from contract to close so nothing falls through the cracks between the agent, the client, and the other side.
Transaction compliance: collect, review, and submit required documentation so every file stays broker-ready and audit-proof.
Appointment preparation: assemble the research, materials, and paperwork needed for listing and buyer appointments so we walk in ready.
Listing setup: launch new listings, coordinate vendors, and get accurate information live and in front of buyers quickly.
Township requirements: order and track municipal items such as CO applications, smoke certifications, and required inspections so closings are not delayed.
Inspections and estimates: cover home inspections and gather repair estimates so clients can make informed decisions fast.
Open houses and showings: host open houses and cover buyer showing tours when needed to keep clients moving.
Closing coordination: manage the final stretch with attorneys, lenders, and title so closings happen on time.
Qualifications
Active New Jersey real estate license (required).
Weekend availability (required), plus flexibility for appointment-based hours outside the Tuesday and Thursday office block.
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to properties, township offices, and inspections.
Strong organization and follow-through: you track details and deadlines without being reminded.
Clear, professional written and verbal communication with clients, attorneys, lenders, and vendors.
Comfort with CRM and transaction management software; Brivity, DocuSign, and MLS experience is a plus.
Prior transaction coordination, listing management, or real estate administrative experience is preferred but not required.
