Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Who is Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare:
Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare provides Comprehensive Youth and Family Support Services to primary caregivers of children and teens with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities. Serving the state of New Jersey. We are looking for Part Time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT’s) to join our team!
Roles amp; Responsibilities:
  • A RBT will visit the client at home or in the community to provide relief to caregivers and holistic support to youth. Our RBTs typically work 2-20 hours weekly in 2-4 hour shifts starting after 3 pm during the school year and as early as 8:30 am during the summer. Services are available any day of the week to accommodate the scheduling needs of our clients.
  • Will work with both Respite Care and Behavioral Assistant cases
  • Implement and develop interventions from the Individual Support Plan:
  • Environmental arrangement.
  • Proactive strategies.
  • Acquisition of functional skills (Including ADL’s – Activities of Daily Living).
  • Reduction of problem behaviors.
  • Submit visit notes promptly following each session in accordance with organizational and compliance guidelines
  • Compliance with service authorization timelines.
  • Crisis prevention, recognition, and intervention.
  • Follow and implement agency policies.
  • Participate in required trainings.
  • In-home, In-community, In-center (Orange Twp).

Qualifications

  • Initiative to frequently check emails for admin communications
  • Valid New Jersey Driver’s License
  • Must pass all state and federal background checks
    • A pre-employment, post conditional job offer drug screen is required for this role.
  • Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), you must at least have one year (1) of supervised experience in implementing behavior support plans for individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities
