An Online Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides virtual applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities. They work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans, conduct skill-building activities, and track client progress.
