As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Top Penguin ABA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based autism therapy to children in our care. Our team is dedicated to providing comprehensive and personalized support to help each child reach their fullest potential.
About the Role:
As an RBT, you will work closely with our skilled team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other professionals to implement individualized treatment plans. Your responsibilities will include:
• Delivering ABA therapy sessions to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), using evidence-based techniques and strategies to promote skill-building and behavior reduction
• Collecting and organizing data on client progress, collaborating with BCBAs to analyze results and inform treatment decisions
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions, including session notes, data collection, and treatment plans
• Participating in team meetings to discuss client progress, share ideas, and address any concerns or questions

Requirements:
• Completion of the RBT training program and certification as a Registered Behavior Technician

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and families
