Job description

At Amazon Advertising, we operate at the intersection of advertising and eCommerce to offer advertisers a rich array of media solutions across Amazon's mobile and desktop websites, proprietary devices and placements including Alexa and Fire TV, Prime Video Ads, Live Sports Sponsorships, and Amazon's programmatic Demand Side Platform (DSP). We are looking for a highly motivated Campaign and Creative Manager (CCM) who is passionate about helping advertisers make strategic, analytically driven media and creative decisions that transform the campaign launch experience through innovative, tailored advertising services.

Key job responsibilities
* Become a knowledgeable partner on Amazon Advertising solutions and client primary point of contact for campaign launches
* Project manage the execution of complex advertising campaigns with internal Design, Ad Operations, Sales, Ad Policy, Product teams, and external stakeholders including the troubleshooting of issues surfaced during the campaign life-cycle
* Educate advertisers on Amazon policies, creative best practices, and established workflows (SOPs) that support seamless campaign execution
* Analyze campaign results to deliver creative and strategic recommendations that optimize advertisers KPIs
* Lead strategic advertiser engagements (e.g

quarterly creative reviews, campaign kickoff calls, creative performance deep dives) and collaborate on internal business reviews (e.g. weekly, monthly, quarterly)
* Deliver against key business metrics to maintain a high bar for service quality, driving long-term growth for advertisers and Amazon Ads.
* Optimize campaign workflows by influencing Product roadmaps, feature roll-out and prioritization, cross-team processes, workflows, and tools that enable campaign excellence

CCMs deliver high-quality work by leveraging services and solutions that achieve advertiser success while ensuring the highest level of ease of doing business with Amazon Ads. As the campaign expert, you will earn trust to foster frustration-free advertiser experiences that empower advertisers to launch seamless, high-performing, full-funnel Display, Video, and Audio (DVA) campaigns by enabling new product capabilities, delivering data-driven creative strategy recommendations, and providing ongoing advertiser education while holding a high bar for the end customer experience

CCMs provide efficient and accurate campaign management and identify opportunities to continuously improve and scale our workflows and implement best practices across stakeholders and teams, delivering results that matter for our advertisers' long-term growth. Their goal is to drive Advertiser success and satisfaction.
